Privacy Policy
How DrainFleet uses information when you visit our website, request plumbing service or contact our local team.
About DrainFleet
DrainFleet provides local plumbing and drain services with our own technicians. Your service request comes directly to our team so we can discuss and arrange the work with you.
Information you provide
When you submit a request, we collect the 5-digit ZIP code, plumbing service selection and optional description you enter. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial or health information in the description. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number in this form. You may choose to give our team contact and job details when you call.
How we use information
We use your information to understand your plumbing needs, respond to inquiries, arrange our services, show your saved requests and operate and secure the website. A security hash derived from your IP address helps prevent excessive requests; the application does not store your raw IP address in the service-request record. Website hosting systems may process technical request data to deliver and secure the website.
Requests and retention
A service request has an active status for 20 minutes. Expiry changes that status only; it does not delete your details or cancel an appointment booked with DrainFleet. Active, expired and cancelled requests stay in our administrative records until deliberately deleted. Cancelling changes a request’s status without deleting the record. We also record call-button selections; a click is not proof of a connected call. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.
Calls to DrainFleet
Call buttons open your device’s calling application with our service number. You contact DrainFleet directly to discuss work with our local team. For a saved request, we record that the call button was selected; this does not prove that a call connected. We use information you give us during a call to handle your inquiry and arrange service. For questions about call handling or recording, ask our team when you call.
Browser storage and cookies
An essential anonymous visitor cookie lets this browser retrieve its own active, expired and cancelled requests. Local browser storage also keeps request history for this device. The cookie is not a name or email address. We do not identify you from an IP address alone or show one browser another visitor’s requests. The administration area uses an essential secure session cookie after sign-in. This website does not currently include advertising pixels or nonessential analytics cookies.
Information access and security
Your request is handled by DrainFleet and our team for your plumbing service. We do not sell your service requests or pass them to other plumbing businesses. Hosting and security systems process information as needed to operate this website. Request descriptions are not published on the website. Administrative access is protected, although no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and contact
You can call our team without submitting the online form. Clearing your browser storage removes local copies of your request history; it does not delete our administrative records. To ask about privacy or request access to or deletion of information, use a Call Now button and ask our team for DrainFleet website support. Include your request reference when available.
Updates
We may update this policy as our website or service changes. The current version appears here. Last updated November 4, 2026.
